I have been running for my most of my life, typically running 2-4 marathons, half marathons or trail ultramarathons per year. In the last couple of years I have had a few injuries and bothers with one of my hips off and on.

Product Description

SierraSil Joint Formula 14 Glucosamine™ is formulated with a GMO-free corn fermented HCI glucosamine and the patented natural SierraSil® minerals. With the complementary mechanism of actions, this 100% vegan supplement is suitable for those with limited cartilage seeking joint comfort. 

The highly pure hydrochloride (HCI) glucosamine is lower in salt, shown to be more stable, and higher in purity than conventional glucosamine sulphate. Its mechanism of action is to assist the body’s cartilage production while the SierraSil minerals are shown to reduce cartilage breakdown and ease inflammation. Together these ingredients, which have been specially tested together to ensure no cross-interference, can be an effective combination when used daily.

Recommended Use: Used in the temporary relief of joint pain. Helps to maintain healthy cartilage/joint health.

Recommended Dose: Take 4 capsules once daily with water and food/meal. Drink a minimum of 6 glasses of water per day. I find taking SierraSil and Joint Formula 14 Glucosamine together helps reduce the pain from arthritis in my knee and shoulder. I am able to do things without thinking about the pain.
