I have been taking the human Sierrasil for at least 20 years for my arthritis.
My tiny dog developed knee weakness, which would result in surgery.
I started giving her Leaps & Bounds, and she has been on them for at least 8 years. She is still very lively for a 13 year old girl. This speaks for itself.
It actually seems to be working.
I've noticed it the most during leg day at gym , joints seem more free and not achy
Also noticed during massage the legs felt some pain from the massage pressure but now thats gone. I just realized this, didn't put 2&2 together before.
At first I was a little inconsistent in my use. Once I got on track with taking the pills regularly I noticed a sizeable difference in how my joints feel in the morning. Trust me, being a farmer, you notice these things when you're pulling 16hr days.
I have been using Sierra for a few years.
I think it helps with my joints.
Iām 72.
I have been using SierraSil since last April for pain and stiffness from my worn out knee. After several weeks I noticed quite an improvement (less pain and stiffness) and it kept getting better. I told my doctor and he downplayed it's effectiveness so I stopped. About two weeks after that my pain and stiffness came back so I started taking it again and the pain and stiffness went away. I also started taking a allopurinol pill every day for my gout about 3 months ago and that has also made a big difference to my knee on top of the SierraSil! I found out gout can affect multiple joints not just feet. I used to use a mobility power cart when shopping but no more. I can walk all around Costco with no issues. Amazing difference in less than a year! I am on the list for knee replacement surgery but I may delay it because I'm doing so much better. Thank you SierraSil!
