I have been suffering with back and neck discomfort for many years “off and on” and some knee discomfort. Since I started taking SierraSil, my discomfort has diminished and some days , there is no discomfort at all. It took about 30 days of usage before I saw any results but it is a product that I have recommended to my friends.
An acquaintance mentioned that he had found much relief from using Joint 14. I have been on prescription grade Aleve and occasional cortisone injections to relieve knee joint pain for years. I started giving it to my Shetland Sheepdog a few years ago she is now 14 years old while her mobility isn't what it used to be due to her age it has greatly improved I highly recommend it.
