So,IhavebeenusingSierraSilJointFormula14forthepast7monthsbyfollowingyourinstructions. My joint discomfort, especially in my knees and ankles has almost totally diminished! I was in severe discomfort prior to taking this medication. Even my wife has noticed that I'm more about doing yard work etc, etc. I am 80 years of age.

I started giving it to my Shetland Sheepdog a few years ago she is now 14 years old while her mobility isn't what it used to be due to her age it has greatly improved I highly recommend it.
