Erin has been a fixture on the Canadian radio landscape for30 years. Her celebrated return to 98.1 CHFI in September of 2005 is the latest stop on a fascinating journey, which has seen her at or near the top of the radio ratings for her entire career. Above and beyond radio, Erin hosted her own TVshow in 2003, W Live with Erin Davis, a daily live hour-long national talk show, which featured guests and viewers discussing women's lifestyle, health and wellness issues, which hit the air that fall and lasted one year. Also in the summer of '03, Erin was invited to audition for a part in an annual Christmas family pantomime. She made her live theatre debut as the Fairy Godmother in Cinderella at Toronto's historic Elgin Theatre in December for a month-long run, concurrent with her daily television show. In the fall of 2004, the magic continued. Erin had the opportunity to meet and work with Mike Cooper, one of Canada's best-known radio personalities. Erin and Mike hit it off immediately and enjoyed great success together so, when CHFI asked Erin to come back in the fall of '05, her new friend Mike was not far behind. Ratings rebounded and the station has returned to its number one position. Erin and Mike look forward to many happy years together. Erin's charitable works are numerous. She is a regular co-host on the Easter Seals Telethon on CBC television and is a supporter of Markham Stouffville Hospital. Erin is very active with the Canadian Women's Foundation, the Childhood Cancer Foundation, Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and the Children's Wish Foundation, for which she raised an astounding $160,000 in the summer of 1998, simply by shaving her head (thanks to the generosity of CHFI listeners). She supports PLAN Canada and has three foster daughters in third world countries. Erin has been saluted by the Empire Club, Variety Club and Toastmasters International for her public service work and is a recipient of the Paul Harris fellowship, a Rotary honour recognizing the highest public service.
I have been running for my most of my life, typically running 2-4 marathons, half marathons or trail ultramarathons per year. In the last couple of years I have had a few injuries and bothers with one of my hips off and on.
As I was preparing for my first race of the year, I started using Joint Formula before my long training runs and the race itself.
I ran this year's BMO Vancouver Half Marathon completely without pain or stiffness during or after the race. Not only did I have a very comfortable evenly paced race, I beat my time goal and felt good enough to go for an easy, light hike in the afternoon.
I'm very happy with the results from Joint Formula 14 and will continue to use this as I prepare for my upcoming 32k and 50k races later this summer.
I have been using Joint 14 now for two years and has greatly alleviated my knee pain but recently got glute pain and lower back pain and was wondering if anything u have will also alleviate that pain
Regards
It has been 14 days but still no improvement in pain due to Osteoarthritis. Have a sister who swears by SierraSil so will continue to see if there is a difference.
