Joint Formula 14 made a good race a great one

I have been running for my most of my life, typically running 2-4 marathons, half marathons or trail ultramarathons per year. In the last couple of years I have had a few injuries and bothers with one of my hips off and on.

As I was preparing for my first race of the year, I started using Joint Formula before my long training runs and the race itself.

It has been 14 days but still no improvement in pain due to Osteoarthritis. Have a sister who swears by SierraSil so will continue to see if there is a difference.

The supplement worked but for me it interacted with medication and made my restless legs MUCH worse! I also had a hard time sleeping as well
