I started Sierra Sil in mid October. It is now mid December and I can truly notice a difference - decreased pain in my feet, toes and ankles ( I have osteoarthritis in both big toes). I basically have chronic feet pain. I have been doing strength classes and exercise is essential and now I can do this with no pain. I typically do not hype up on these types of things, but it's worth it. An investment in my well being.

Before I started using Formula 14...30 years ago , my fingers were so sore it was very difficult to even wipe after going...( Know what I'm saying ?). Works better than I realized

I have been using this for years. I started when I heard Arron Davis from a local radio station recommend it. I recently switched to the Glucosamine version. I had thought it was working fine controlling the arthritic pain throughout my body but I recently went for a knee replacement and had to stop taking it for a couple of weeks before surgery and by the time the surgery was done I noticed a significant increase in arthritic pain in all my joints.
